1. Scope of Service
These terms govern the contracting of software development services (websites, landing pages, and web systems) provided by Alisson Flaynn.
By contracting a project, you agree that the scope (features and functionalities) will be strictly as defined in the Commercial Proposal sent via WhatsApp or Email.
2. Payments and Deadlines
- 50% Upfront:To reserve schedule availability and begin development.
- 50% On Delivery:Paid only after the visual approval of the project and before final deployment to the official domain.
* Failure to pay the final installment within 7 days after approval may result in temporary suspension of the project.
3. Intellectual Property
Client
After full payment, you hold the economic rights over the layout, copy, and database of the project.
Developer
I reserve the right to showcase the project in my personal portfolio and maintain a discreet "Developed by Alisson Flaynn" link in the footer.
4. Warranty and Limitations
I offer a 60-day technical warranty for bug fixes (code errors) that were not caused by misuse or third-party alterations.
We are not responsible for:
- Instability on third-party servers (Vercel, AWS, Domain Registrars).
- Changes made to the code by other developers.
- Content (texts and images) provided by the client that infringes copyrights.
